I began my career in construction as a teenager, quickly joining my uncle’s home building business, where I learned the fundamentals of residential construction. After spending summers digging holes, cleaning job sites, running wires, carrying plywood, and performing any tasks assigned to me, I progressed into framing and carpentry. From the very beginning, I knew that I loved building and working with my hands. Upon graduating high school, I decided to become a full-time self-employed contractor. I started my own company, which I named R&R Construction at that time. I subcontracted for large window and door replacement companies throughout Denver and the surrounding areas.

Yes, all windows and doors are custom ordered for your home. In order to begin your project we’ll require half down at the time of the final measure and then the second half once the project is completed.
On the day of installation we ask that all window treatments be taken down including all mounting hardware. We also ask that all personal belongings and furniture be cleared back at least 3 ft around the work space both inside and outside. All pets and small children must also stay clear from the work areas. We’ll usually pull in the driveway or in front of the house street side so if you have any vehicles that you need to get out that day, please move them across the street ahead of time. Also, please take down any fragile or delicate items that may blow over or fall off the walls when we remove your old windows and doors.
Milgard is the quickest manufacturer for turnaround time. They can usually have a project custom made in 3-4 weeks. Other manufacturers average about 4-6 weeks lead time. We can usually install as soon as we get the product in.
Most window and door manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty. We’ve created a quick link on the homepage to each of our partner’s websites with all warranty info. Warranty is subject to desired manufacturer plus we offer an additional 10 year craftsmanship warranty through Premier Window & Door.
